1. Agreement
By creating a Vizra account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and a current university student or recent graduate to use Vizra.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify myvizra@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to harass or harm other users, upload illegal or defamatory content, attempt to access other users private data, use Vizra for commercial solicitation or spam, or attempt to reverse engineer the app.
5. User-Generated Content
You own your content. By uploading it you give us a limited license to store and display it to other users. You are solely responsible for its accuracy.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Vizra uses AI to generate ambition briefs, match explanations, and meeting prep guides. This content may contain inaccuracies and does not represent our opinions. Do not rely on AI-generated content as professional advice.
7. Institutional Accounts
Institutions that subscribe to Vizra agree to use the platform in accordance with their obligations under applicable education privacy laws including PIPEDA and FERPA. Institutions are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from students before enrolling them in a Vizra community.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vizra is not responsible for the outcome of any conversations or relationships. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before any claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Toronto, Ontario.
